Zoobic Safari

4:30am! so early to start a typical day for me. Usually I wake up at 6:00am everyday, but this is not just an ordinary day. Today is my birthday! My oooppps, 27th year in this planet. I wake up early to prepare for my day. At 5:00am im almost ready waiting for my boyfriend to arrive. We will hear mass together, minutes passed by still wala pa sya…. I keep on calling his phone, making myself worry and the mass is about to start. Good thing that the church is just walking distance from our house. Well 5:25 and wala pa xia, I decided to go to the church by myself. He came during the homily, he came late… I want to get mad at him coz I want us to hear the mass together on my special day but then I don’t want to ruin our day just because of he’s being late… oh well he’s late because he wants to buy a cake for me. What is he thinking? A 24 hour open bakeshop! Sus! I still remain calm. our plan is to spend the day together and explore a place both of us had never been before. Ayun naiisip naming ang zoobic safari dahil malapit lang, since we have to get back home at the evening because of a family gathering (birthday party for me!) My friend who lives in Olongapo recommended a taxi for us to take us to the safari, I didn’t expect the taxi to be a new model of Toyota Revo. Bonggang-bongga!
After a long long drive,…, finally we reached zoobic safari. The entrance fee at the zoo is P395 per person. As we enter the zoo, we noticed a white tiger in a cage. On the guided tour around the zoo, we saw variety of animals na first time ko palang nakita, like the albino carabao,

camel and ostrich. While waiting for the train to take us inside the zoo where the safari is located, Roel got thirsty and bought his favorite coke zero. The highlight of the tour is when we rode into the safari jeepney going to the tiger safari. Inside, for a more exciting ride, you have the option to feed the tigers if you purchase a quarter chicken. Then a male aeta will feed the tiger. Good thing yung mga nakasabay naming ay bumili ng chicken and we got an exciting encounter with the tigers for free! It’s so hot and we really got tired in the tour. The last attraction was the crocodile farm. On our way there we pass the hip-hop bayawak but we didn’t see any bayawak. After the tour, we were so hungry we could eat a whole horse. We took out lunch at Meat Plus located inside the Freeport. As soon as we finished our meal, we decided to go home na. A party is waiting for me at home. We had so much fun and I had a wonderful birthday.
