For our breakfast, we asked Kuya Boyet to take us to a eatery/restaurant na wala sa Manila. We wanted to taste local food so he took us to JC Eatery.
Here we tried their bestseller... Sinuglaw, a dish compose of grilled pork belly and fresh fish with vinegar. The name came from the combination of two cooking method, Sinugba (grill) and Kinilaw (cook by soaking in vinegar). It cost Php65 per order.
The fish tasted fresh. I don't even know what kind of fish the one we ate but it taste good.
We also ordered Nilagang Baka (Php65). The beef is so tender but the soup tasted like tinola.
Ayun, busog na naman kami.....
