The Sinking Bell Tower of Laoag and Saint William Cathedral

One famous landmark in Laoag City is the Sinking Bell Tower. 

The tower is reportedly sinking by inch every year. Just like the leaning tower of Pisa in Italy, the Bell Tower in Laoag also leans to the north. The exposed bricks of the tower tell it's oldness.

After taking some photos, we crossed the street to visit the Saint William Cathedral.

St. William Cathedral serves as the seat or central church of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Laoag. After saying our prayers, we head back on the road again.
