Where to Stay in Boracay: Boracay Holiday Resort

We stayed at Boracay Holiday Resort in Station 2. The resort is Mediterranean inspired. I booked for a deluxe room where 4 persons can stay comfortably. We arrived at the hotel around 11AM.  The receptionist informed us that our room is note ready yet and their standard checked-in time is 2PM. I asked if we can leave our things so we can take our lunch first. She gladly said "of course ma'am". That was nice. Ang hirap naman kayang maghanap ng makakainan ng may dalang bagahe. A waiter also handed us our welcome drinks.

The receptionist told us the rules/laws while in Boracay. She said there is a fine of P4000 if we take out the white sand.

The resort has a pool with a small slide. It was clean and the water is cold. There are lounge chairs scattered about for sunbathers and tables and chairs for those who want to eat by the pool. They also have a gym and a spa with reasonable rates and a bar that opens late afternoon to evening. There are also CCTV cameras in the public areas for security purpose. You can also ask for beach towels at the reception.

The receptionist told us that cleaning of rooms were done by request. The room has a small ref, cable tv, mirrored closet, a small sofa, lamp and small table and chairs. The pillows are soft but the bed is a little bit hard but it' ok for me. They said is orthopedic bed.

The bathroom had a sink, toilet, hot and cold shower, towels, floor mat, soap and extra toilet papers.

Our room comes with buffet breakfast for 2 person, additional breakfast cost P260. Beakfast for the first day consist of pork tocino, omelet, meat loaf, patties, breads, fresh fruits, molo soup and drinks like juice and brewed and 3-in-1 coffee. Sayang at walang bacon:-(

BHR is located at the main road in station 2. Its location is good. Its just 5 minute walk going to beachfront passing Boracay Regency Hotel. It is also located very near the talipapa. If you are tired of walking along the beach, you can ride the tricycle at pagbaba nasa BHR ka na.

Howdy just wanted to give you a quick heads up.

The words in your post seem to be running off the screen in Opera.

I'm not sure if this is a formatting issue or something to do with web browser compatibility but I figured I'd post to let
you know. The design look great though! Hope you
get the problem resolved soon. Thanks
