Singapore Merlion, Marina Bay Sands at Sunset, Gardens by the Bay

We took the MRT from Farrer Park to Raffles Place and walked our way to see the famous Merlion passing by The Fullerton Hotel.

Another short walk from The Fullerton and we reached the Merlion Park.

Merlion Park is located at One Fullerton, Singapore near the Central Business District (CBD) area of Singapore. It is a major tourist attraction and a landmark of Singapore.

At the Merlion Park, you can see the famous Marina Bay Sands Hotel. We walk our way to MBS passing The Fullerton Bay Hotel.

 Walking along Marina Bay Waterfront Promenade, we passed by the Olympic themed structures.

After almost 30 minutes of walking, we finally reached The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands.

Then we went to the Gardens by the Bay passing by MBS Hotel.

View of Singapore's newest icon, the Super Trees. They are solar-powered  vertical gardens 25m- 50m in height.

At 8pm, we watch the spectacular light and water show called Wonder Full at MBS. It's free.

Because we were so tired and sleepy, we just took the taxi to the hostel. There is 25% night surcharges rate for taxis in Singapore. And fares also depends on the type of vehicle. So, if you flagged down a Mercedes Benz taxi, it's much expensive than the Toyota taxi.
