Binibining Wanderlust
Kinabuchs is one of the recommended places to eat in Puerto Princesa City. It has a big open bar look where you can dine either inside or outside. Para siyang malaking parking lot. You will also see a big projector that shows sports. People come here to unwind, play billiard and drink. They serve tamilok and crocodile meat.
Ang menu nila parang Gerry's Grill. This is what we ordered:

The curious me asked the waiter why is it called Kanin ni 04. He smiled and said that it is the recipe of Mayor Hagedorn and 04 is his official radio code.

One of the reasons that we ate here is the tamilok. We just want to experience what its like eating one. They said that when in Palawan, you have to taste this delicacy.
Because I was the one who ordered tamilok, ako ang unang kumain.
Kinabuchs offers breaded and classic tamilok. We tried both. Ang breaded ay lasang calamares while the classic tamilok taste like oyster.
